Submitting Reports

The submission of interim*, final and dissemination reports enables the Health Care and Promotion Committee to:

  • Assess whether the work was carried out in accordance with the approved proposal
  • Evaluate the quality of the project
  • Document the project output and impact on health promotion
  • Maintain a track record of project team member’s compliance with the terms and conditions of the Health Care and Promotion Scheme grants as laid down in the Agreement
  • Provide public access to project related information

The Principal Applicant and the Administering Institution are obliged to comply with the Standard Conditions of the HCPS.  Failure to provide the required reports may result in withdrawal of financial support and /or impede future grant applications.  Details are outlined in the “Guidance Notes - Interim*, Final and Dissemination Report for Health Care and Promotion Scheme”.
